Personal Philosophy
Joy Wagner has been practicing law in the courts of northeast Ohio since 1986. She is an experienced trial attorney committed to achieving success for her clients through compassionate, solution oriented representation. She uses her education, talent and tenacity to be an advocate for clients who are faced with a variety of legal problems.

Joy maintains a one-on-one relationship with each and every client from initial interview through the conclusion of the case. Founder and President of Peace For Pets, Inc., an Ohio nonprofit whose mission is to educated the public on the humane treatment of all animals. Currently we are developing new programs to assist pet owners in caring for and protecting their pets, establishing a Safe Haven For Pets foster care program for the companion animals of domestic violence victims and promoting Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) as the only effective and humane method for controlling feral cat population.
